SHIPPING POLICY


1. WHERE WE SHIP


Pawnmio currently ships to addresses within the United States only.


2. PROCESSING TIME


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


Please note that orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.


4. SHIPPING COSTS


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.


5. ORDER TRACKING


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email where available. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.


6. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS


If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us through our Contact page and we will investigate the issue.


We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.


7. FAILED DELIVERIES


If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
